Worst run ever - almost went into shock after run.  Issues involve

1.  Running for over 3 hours in the sun
2.  Ran out of carbs before halfway
3.  Lack of heat training
4.  Probably pushed it a little too hard the day before in a mud run event

It was the beginning of the end at mile 15.  Took about a half hour after getting home to regain normal composure.

Poor nutrition - hard to run for first three miles (avg. around 8:40).  Picked it up on next three miles 8:09, 7:55, 7:43.  Took it easy into the finish 8:14, 8:09, 7:47.  Average Heart Rate 164 - pretty good for a general aerobic run.

First run back after the Sunday debacle - took it easy in the cool of the nighttime.  No water or carbing on the run but felt ok since I only ran for 1:13:59.  Glycogen stores appear to be good for that distance.

Another night run - reminds me of a relationship cliche - "We've got to stop meeting like this."  Will be happy when my schedule allows me to run during the first or last light of the day.

2 hrs and a few minutes.  Kept up a good pace through the end.  Took me 3 miles to get going at a decent pace.  Left knee continues to bend funny and feet are starting to ache.  Happy tomorrow is a recovery day.  I need it.
