Poor nutrition - hard to run for first three miles (avg. around 8:40). Picked it up on next three miles 8:09, 7:55, 7:43. Took it easy into the finish 8:14, 8:09, 7:47. Average Heart Rate 164 - pretty good for a general aerobic run. First run back after the Sunday debacle - took it easy in the cool of the nighttime. No water or carbing on the run but felt ok since I only ran for 1:13:59. Glycogen stores appear to be good for that distance.
